How it works
Describe the job and list exactly what “done” looks like. Once it’s posted, that list can’t be changed — so nobody can argue about it later.
The payment is set aside before anyone starts work — held safely until you approve the job. Nothing moves until then. (For small orders like laundry, the full escrow flow may not apply — you’ll always be told upfront.)
The Client checks the work against that list. Once approved, payment goes out automatically — the Professional gets paid, and gets their stake (a small deposit) back.
